About Pedros Concrete Pumping Company

Founded by Pedro Chairez. Based in Southwest Florida. Pedros is rusted by contractors across the Fort Myers and Cape Coral metro for over 32 years. We take pride in our work and this is what three decades of showing up looks like. As always, you can pump all you can pump!

“Pump All You Can Pump!”

Built in LaBelle. Working Across Southwest Florida

Pedro Chairez didn’t build this company on marketing language. He built it on being the crew that showed up when they said they would, placed concrete exactly where it needed to go, and left the site the way they found it. The philosophy? Pump all you can pump. Over 32 years, that approach has produced something that no amount of advertising can manufacture: a track record.

The Standard We Hold Ourselves To

There are a few things Pedro’s Concrete Pumping considers non-negotiable. Punctuality is one. A pump crew that runs late on pour day costs your entire operation — the ready-mix trucks, the finishing crew, the site supervisor’s time. We plan our schedule to absorb real-world variables and arrive ready to work, not ready to figure things out.

Site safety is another. We operate our equipment with the care that comes from knowing what can go wrong. Every crew member understands the protocols, and we brief every new site before pumping begins. Safety isn’t a checkbox for us — it’s how we’ve kept our people and our customers’ properties safe across thousands of jobs.

Communication is the third. You shouldn’t have to chase us for updates. When there’s a change in plan, we tell you. When we need information from your side to execute well, we ask for it early enough to matter. This level of communication is how we’ve built lasting relationships with contractors who have other options but keep choosing Pedro’s.

Built in LaBelle. Working Across Southwest Florida.

Pedros Concrete Pumping is headquartered in LaBelle, Florida — the geographic center of a service area that stretches from the Gulf Coast to the agricultural communities east of the Caloosahatchee. That position isn’t incidental. It means we can reach Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Lehigh Acres as efficiently as we can reach Clewiston, Moore Haven, and Belle Glade. Most concrete pumping companies in Southwest Florida are based on the coast and treat inland jobs as an afterthought. We treat the whole region as our territory.

Pedro started working concrete in Southwest Florida long before the current construction boom. He’s poured foundations in neighborhoods that are now fully built out. He’s worked alongside contractors who have since retired. He knows this market — its soil conditions, its permit cycles, its ready-mix suppliers, and its construction culture — the way you only can after three decades of boots-on-the-ground work.

Why Clients Keep Calling Back

The Fort Myers and Cape Coral construction market is competitive. General contractors have options. The reason Pedro’s Concrete Pumping has maintained its client base across decades of market shifts — through the 2008 downturn, the rebuild that followed, and the sustained boom years since — is straightforward: we make the pour the easy part of the day. In a business where almost everything else can go sideways, that’s worth a lot.
